• Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for any exchange request.

• To proceed, please share your order number and complete details of the item you wish to exchange.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• For sale day items (Festival Sale, Special Day Sale, or discounted products), exchanges are allowed only for size issues. In such cases, the customer must pay the delivery charges of the item.

Return Policy

• Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for any return request.

• You are required to provide complete details explaining why you want to return the product and highlight the issue (e.g., defect, wrong item delivered).

• Once reviewed, our team will guide you through the return process.

• Please note that sale items, festival sale, and special day sale items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances (unless the product is defective or wrong item delivered).

General Terms

• Returned/exchanged items must be in unused, unworn, and original condition.
